Introducing Our New Technical Support Manager – Jack Lewis

Entrex would like to welcome Jack Lewis to our team as the new Technical Support Manager! We are pleased to have Jack join us, strengthening the Entrex team with his technical experience and expertise.

Jack has both field experience and extensive product knowledge. He will be responsible for managing customer support calls and will collaborate with Camden Controls to develop and test new products for the market. He will also be working on manuals and support documentation, making even more resources available to our valued customers.

We know Jack's leadership and personal experience will help us continue to improve our customer service, support materials, and products.
