Entrex, Canada's leading automatic door accessories
distributor, is seeking a Technical Support person. This is a key position
within our Mississauga, Ontario office.
The
successful candidate will be responsible for such duties as:
- Providing telephone tech support to clients
- Developing training materials
- Supervising product returns (RMA's)
- articipating in new product testing and
evaluation
Candidates
MUST have:
- A minimum of 5 years 'hands on' field
installation experience
- A senior level of knowledge about automatic door
systems and/or access control systems, including system design and product
specification
- Exceptional organizational and communications
skills
- Additional skills and knowledge that would be an
asset include - French language skills, project sales, and participation in
product development
